From the day I enlisted in 2001, I was trained to solve problems in the harshest environments and to lead teams where failure was not an option.
During my career, I advanced rapidly through the ranks, earning meritorious promotions and becoming a Sergeant in under three years. I served as a Drill Instructor, molding the next generation of Marines, where I learned the value of mentorship, process, and building leaders from the ground up.
Later, I transitioned into logistics and operational support with MARSOC, where I planned and executed large-scale movements of personnel, equipment, and infrastructure under high-pressure conditions. My assignments required forecasting, contract management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple agencies ā the same skills I now bring into the business world.
Certified in process improvement and efficiency optimization, with proven ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline operations, and deliver results with precision.
